News!

If you have been to our house you will notice, this is not a picture of our house, but our future home.. that is right... we are moving! 2010 is going to bring new memories because mid December (yep one week before Christmas) we will be moving. Not far, just around the corner. We will improve our home by gaining an extra bedroom, bathroom and living room and a beautiful deck I am going to enjoy OFTEN. More news to come:

My great friend Kimmie asked that I update our blog. I am finally doing this after I finally remembered my username and password. Hopefully updates will now come more often.

Lake Tahoe!!

We headed off to Lake Tahoe this past weekend and had a great time. We went with Brian and Elllie and girls and had a flawless weekend and enjoyed a beautiful snowfall on the way home.

Science!!!

Last night was science night. Megan has been wanting to do her science project for days, so it was a nice quiet Friay night so we went for it. She was suppose to soak 5 different pennies in 5 different liquids (of her choosing) and then predict which one would work best. The last picture shows the winner!

Age of Sail

Jared went on an overnight trip with his 4th grade class. It was called Age of Sail and they had to act as deck hands.. doing chores, commanding night watch (standing up for 2 hours) and sleep on hard wood with lots of noise. Needless to say Jared was a zombie the entire day when he returned. It was a great experience and despite all the hard work, he loved it.

I have finally found a moment to add to our blog.. here is our new and improved family.
